Promotion of women participation

In all the community organizations women are encouraged to participate in palli sabhas and gram sabhas as a result of which women participation in institutions of self governance has witnessed an increasing trend. Women participation has been promoted in all the programmes organized, conducted and facilitated by the organization (rallies, demonstration, celebration of conventional days, capacity building training etc.) Women participation in the development has rise to a level where women have been able to break the stereotype of division of labour in undertaking skilled job like Agarvati, small business etc.
